These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name GD888, accessible at https://gd888.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by GD888 Entertainment Ltd ("GD888", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on GD888, you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all its provisions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

This Agreement applies to all users of GD888, including but not limited to players registered in Malaysia — whether accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other location. This Agreement is published in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases of interpretation.

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

To register and maintain an Account on GD888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of Account use. GD888 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify compliance.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations may not register accounts.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. The use of pseudonyms, false identities, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of GD888 Entertainment Ltd or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme administered by GD888 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

GD888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close or suspend Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible User may be withheld pending investigation.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on GD888. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, device, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Upon registration, GD888 will require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals may be processed. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian National Identity Card / MyKad, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement header).
• Any additional documentation GD888 deems necessary to satisfy its compliance obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. GD888 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

GD888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on GD888:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for standard payment methods. Minimum transaction limits for specific methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
• GD888 does not charge a fee for standard MYR deposits or withdrawals. Network fees applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the User.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• GD888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual or of high value.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallet payouts (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• GD888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion beyond our control.

GD888 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published alongside the relevant promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all GD888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are separate from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are utilised before Bonus Funds in all wagering activity.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires total wagers of RM2,000 before the bonus or related winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only wagers placed on eligible game categories count toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are stated in individual promotion terms.
• GD888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement will be removed from the User's Account.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated wagering between accounts, or use of strategies designed to exploit bonus structures — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible Users who have maintained an active Account in good standing for a minimum qualifying period. Tier-based birthday bonus amounts are as published in the VIP Programme terms.
• Referral bonuses are subject to the referred friend completing a qualifying deposit of no less than RM50. Self-referrals and referrals between connected accounts are prohibited.

All games available on GD888, including but not limited to slot games, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), sports betting (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets), lottery, and arcade games, are subject to their respective Game Rules. In the event of any conflict between specific Game Rules and this Agreement, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay only.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. GD888 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in circumstances of a manifest error (see below).
• GD888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including where incorrect odds or payouts were published as a result of a technical error or human error.
• In sports betting, GD888 follows standard industry rules regarding abandoned events, walkovers, and postponed matches. Specific rules are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Published RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds.
• GD888 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any account or any market at any time, without notice or explanation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on GD888. Engagement in any of the actions below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registration or use of an Account by any person under 21 years of age.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human player activity.
• Collusion with other players, including communicating hand information in live casino games or coordinating sports bets across multiple accounts.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin.
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits without first attempting to resolve the matter through GD888's support channels.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at GD888 staff or other players.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

GD888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all users. We provide the following tools to assist Users in managing their gameplay:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may be reduced at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for a self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months) which will permanently restrict access to the GD888 Platform for the duration of the exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may set session duration reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Reality Checks: GD888 provides periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of a User's current session and net win/loss for the session.

All content on the GD888 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, interface design, game content, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of GD888 Entertainment Ltd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from GD888.
• Use the GD888 brand name, logo, or trade marks in any manner without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose, advertising, or public display.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GD888 shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond GD888's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, profit, revenue, or winnings arising from Platform malfunction, connection issues on the User's end, or device incompatibility.
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by the User based on information, promotions, or content published on the Platform.

In all circumstances, GD888's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GD888 reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable Game Rules.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion instruction or notification from a recognised responsible gambling authority.
• Non-compliance with a KYC documentation request within a reasonable timeframe specified by GD888.

Upon termination, GD888 will return any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account, net of any applicable deductions, following completion of all required compliance checks. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account termination. GD888's decision on Account closure matters is final.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which GD888 Entertainment Ltd is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. GD888 and the User agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to class-action proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by law.

GD888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, GD888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Agreement on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Minor corrections or clarifications may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the GD888 Platform following the publication of any updated version of this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
